Great service at receptiondesk. Friendly staff.
The room was clean with everything you'll need.
Great food at the beefeater. We had the meal deal.
We will come back soon and recommend you to our friends.

Good hotel, great location for visiting Dover. The room was clean and tidy, really great shower.
Unfortunately we had uncomfortable pillows, but the reception team changed these for us - really good service from them.
Breakfast at the beefeater was nice, good selection of continental food, the cooked breakfast was cooked fresh to order - the scrambled eggs were some of best we've eaten in hotel chains like this.
The hotel is on a busy main road, but it didn't disturb our nights sleep.

Good location between Folkestone and Dover. Busy road outside the hotel with traffic all night. Didn't bother me but some people were heard to complain about the noise. Lots of parking space.
Staff were welcoming and friendly.

Beefeater pub/restaurant next door served good food and good selection. Breakfast also served here for those who want it. Can't really fault it for quality and good value.

Room tip: If you are a light sleeper ask for a room away from the front (road)

Went for a short stay at this hotel. Having stayed many times in Premiers this one was just fine. We decided to stay out of town a bit in order to reduce noise levels. Despite its close proximity to the A20, we didn't suffer with noise levels.
The staff were friendly and the Beefeater staff were really good.
Wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

Room tip: Rooms at the back willbe quieter, away from the A20

Stayed here overnight before a family funeral but there was nothing to complain about during our stay. Reception staff were friendly and attentive. Room was clean and bed comfortable. Well up to Expected Premier Inn standard. Would stay again.
