This is a must while in Catnerbury! Beautiful flowers and grounds to explore and a great place for the whole family. Bring a blanket and have a picnic on the large grassy area or just stroll along the water and enjoy the quaint views.

Beautiful gardens. Visited in august when there was a beautiful display of flowers. There are some very old and interesting trees. Lovely river to see the punting boats go by and feed tte ducks. A little oasis of calm in the city.

Pretty gardens and idyllic setting in the city with the River Stour . Lots of photo opportunities. Quiet and lots of places to sit and enjoy the views. Good cut through as well to the town centre .

Wonderful relaxing stroll through the gardens alongside the river couldn’t have been better.
The flower beds were vibrant with colour and the river slowly meandering down stream.
Mallards with their ducklings we’re a delight to see as was people partaking on the river punts.
We stopped for a coffee and ice cream at the cafe and then continued our stroll along to toddlers cove.
All in all a very nice experience and highly recommended.
