We had a lovely 3 night midweek stay. There are plenty of bedrooms. Given the number of people that can now stay the kitchen is rather small and the house would definitely benefit from a second fridge. The sitting area is also limited, but this did not trouble us as the children spent most of the time playing upstairs. Do put the chain and bolt on the front door as between whole house lets rooms are individually let and on one of the evenings a man tried to let himself in through the front door with a functioning key as he thought he had rented one of the bedrooms as he had done in the previous weeks. The landlord is just next door so we advised him to go there and there were no further problems however this was a little disconcerting from a security point of view.
I booked this house for 2 night for 12 girls for my cousin's hen weekend. The kitchen/living space was absolutely perfect for us to eat, drink and have fun, and the bedrooms were great with comfortable beds and two en-suite master rooms. Jason and Melanie couldn't do enough for us, and gave us a wonderful welcome- they were generous enough to allow us to check-out a little later when delicate heads prevented us from leaving any earlier! They provided fantastic advice on places to go, and the house tablet with information on the accommodation, taxis (the house is close enough that taxis to the centre of Cheltenham are reasonably priced and always available), takeaways and the local area is a stroke of genius!
In summary, I would wholeheartedly recommend this house for a group of people, it's comfy, cosy, convenient and the hosts are wonderful.
