“a lovely, relaxing Cotswolds retreat”
Reviewed 1 January 2014 for a stay in December 2013

Just returned from a very relaxing week at Tilly’s Cottage, over the Christmas holiday. It’s a delightful cottage, with everything you could possibly want inside – virtually home-from-home – and just minutes walk into Bourton-on-the-Water. To say that dogs are welcome is an understatement - dogs are totally taken care of at Tilly's from feeding bowls, a towel and a welcome present too. Once we got the hang of it, the wood burner was great, the beds were comfy plus the added extra of a Christmas tree, lights and other decorations. The welcome basket of goodies was a lovely surprise and the Christmas presents under the tree were an additional bonus – thanks for Jo and Ian for helping to make our Christmas so festive and relaxing - and to Ian for resolving the TV problem so quickly! Would recommend the fish & chips from the Windrush Cafe in Bourton and the food in Huffkins in Burford was plentiful and delicious.

“2nd visit, can't wait for the 3rd!”
Reviewed 17 December 2013 for a stay in December 2013

This was our second visit to Tilly's and as soon as we arrived we remembered why we fell in love with the cottage the first time - clean, comfortable, great location. Can't wait to book our 3rd visit.

“Lovely Comfortable Cottage”
Reviewed 25 September 2013 for a stay in September 2013

We've just returned from a lovely holiday in this cottage. It's in the perfect location for the village, being merely a few minutes walk. Everything was immaculately clean, with a lovely welcome pack waiting for us and our dog. Having the parking spaces is a great bonus as well. Would highly recommend staying here. It has everything you need for the perfect holiday.

“Beautiful cottage, perfectly situated and friendly owners”

We stayed at Tilly's recently whilst attending a friends wedding. The cottage is very central but helpfully in a nice peaceful position just a road or two back from the river. The rooms were decorated with a vintage style and the cottage was very stylish and comfortable. Tillys was beautiful decorated and spotlessly clean. Upon arrival there was a welcome basket provided with wine and buscuits which was a lovely touch. There is a pretty fireplace and a peaceful garden. The property had parking as well which was helpful as parking can be difficult in the village. The owners are lovely and personable and clearly have poured a lot of love into tillys to make it as beautiful as it is. We shall be back for sure!
