The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The room was gorgeous spacious and very clean- and the jacuzzi was wonderful and bigger then i expected it to be. Definitely worth the money. We also opted for the evening meal which was really nice and great value for money £8 at the time with a glass of wine.
On the down side the bed was very soft and the full english breakfast was a bit disappointing as it was very small (1 chipolata 1 bacon, egg and tomatoes) however there was cereals and continental breakfast available.

Lovely place went here a couple of years ago for one night and decided to go again for two nights. The outdoor pool is lovely and is open until 11 pm . All the rooms have a jacuzzi unfortunately we decided to have a jacuzzi on the second night but couldn't as they had a power cut . Breakfast was very nice and room was clean the staff were very friendly and helpful and could not apologise enough about the power cut . If you want something different this is the place to go

Fantastic place for a nice romantic getaway, was greeted by the lady host who showed us around hotel and thermal pool.booked breakfast for 10am which was good.
The room was very comfortable with a superb jacuzzi bath, and a Japanese toilet,I so want one of these when I win lottery.
We went in hot thermal pool which is fantastic ,boiling hot at 10pm of a night, surrounded by bamboo ,very relaxing and romantic, a beautiful fox visits the garden,he had a lovely coat and was lovely and not timid.
Lovely breakfast in the morning, all In all a terrific place for a romantic break,we will be back soon

Nice b&b with good jacuzzis in rooms, which is great & Japanese toilets & steam pool in the garden.

We had the Romantic room which had a glass door to the toilet, which is just wrong, wrong, wrong!! Curtains did not keep the morning sun out, so you can't have a lie in & the owners seem to have the room above with bare floorboards, so you can hear everything when they go to bed at midnight, so you can't have an early night either. The bed was comfy, but the room was very warm & the window is either full open, or closed - no in-between. Also there should be a mattress protector under the sheet as this kept coming off & the mattress did have some stains on it, so a bit off putting. The towels were quite small, but you do get bathrobes which were just big enough, so this is good for going to the pool & they provide crocs which is a nice touch, as is the fridge & bottled water supplied. Also the TV reception is poor & keeps going off, so don't bank on watching a whole programme!

Breakfast was quite good with a full English offered, along with continental things on the side, although the toaster was very reluctant to brown the bread.

All in all I'm not sure if I'd return. I did ask to see the superior rooms, but they were occupied, so I'm not sure if they'd be any better.

Lovely B&B located on the edge of Hastings - room is pretty average and fittings a bit outdated but it is all made up for by the amazing jacuzzi bath. Takes 30 mins to fill up but well worth the wait. Outside there is a gorgeous hot outdoor pool which is bath water temperature and great for relaxing no matter what the weather is like - romantic too. Breakfast good and only a 10 min walk into the centre.
