Stayed here for two nights to meet up with friends,
Hotel was very nice, clean and the staff are all lovely.
Located right on the seafront 5min walk from Hastings life.
Recommended and will absolutely stay here again :-)

Sat on the balcony yesterday morning in the glorious sunshine, looking forward to a cheeky Saturday breakfast. Very disappointing the staff were a little shy and very inexperienced. I had a sausage sandwich, when it arrived the bread was stale so had to send it back, when it returned the sausage were practically stone cold. The toilet experience was also incredibly disappointing, the smell in the gents loo was overpowering.

Booked a sea view room & wasn't disappointed, staff were super friendly, helpful . Atmosphere chilled , breakfast the best ,veggie bacon I was in heaven. If you want a hotel that is about the guests & the locals then this place is it

We popped in while at a show at the theatre next door.staff was friendly and we had a laugh at the bar ordered food from a simple but decent menu.food was out quick.fresh.and tasty...I did feel the chips was the end of the bag.lots if small tiny chips. The place looks tired and needs a coat of paint..our biggest problem was the chairs are horrible...small and upright...you not not sit still for long.probably one of the worst chairs I've sat in for years..why have them in a hotel I have no idea...it's a shame as the prices and service was good..

Hotel is looking tied ,room clean however had to keep asking for heating to be put on. Staff very friendly. I booked this Hotel having been to it in the past.

I know it said dogs welcome however was not expecting to see dogs in restaurant while we were eating, people feeding dogs at the table.

Will not be going back
