Travelling with a dog can be stressful - not if you stay at a Malmaison hotel. The Reception staff are always super helpful even offering the use of a dog bed and bowls. What I love is that you don't get shoved into the worse room in the hotel because you are with your four legged friend, same room as everyone else - just have to pay £10 per night extra. Plus free parking at the Marina multi-storey car park - perfect.

We popped in to the bar while down at the marina and were blown away by the hospitality and service we received at such a well managed bar even though we were not actually resident at the hotel. The attention paid to us by Richard and Ahmed was brilliant and made us feel we made the right choice for the evening. Just in for a drink and to enjoy the views we were made to feel so welcome. With so much choice we simply went with the recommendations of the staff and ended up trying a few cocktails..the 'Black Forrest Martini ' was soooooo good.

Lovely stay, booked two rooms for a friends fiftieth birthday treat. Rooms were nicely done and the staff were delightful. Particularly grateful to Patricia for all her help, she is a delight. Would recommend to anyone for a short break

Not well sign posted got to reception asked up grade our room told none available but I could have booked one in the internet ? Given room key no other info about the hotel
Room small but clean no where to hang clothes because of stupid place they have put the safe and mini bar please see pics this is your only hanging space not even a hook to hang a coat . Maybe this the reason for large ironing board and iron you need to iron everything as you take it to wear from your case very badly thought out
Good bathroom but again no wear to hang a towel so it’s dry next morning
Do not know who designs your rooms but think I could have designed a room that works as well as looks good
Also noisy can hear the tv from next room not what I expected from a 4* hotel
Disappointed

This hotel is situated well withe many restaurants and bars close by. The rooms are comfortable with nice size bathrooms incorporating large walk in showers. The bar and restaurant are both excellent with cocktails created carefully and although not an extensive menu the food was worth the wait.
