Bedrooms clean and fresh, comfy beds, decent bathroom. Public rooms a bit old fashioned and fussy.. but if you are looking for a quirky take on a premier inn level of hotel, this is fine. The staff were universally lovely, warm, friendly and very helpful, so we were entirely happy here

Taking safety measures
Just came back from this lovely hotel and my friends and I had such a lush time, this hotel is friendly, clean, warm and just lovely.
We paid for a permit to park which was £12 for 24hrs to park on the street as we couldn’t get a space on the hotel itself.
We didn’t have the food but ordered in instead which you could eat in the restaurant there, they also had a bar with drinks.
We stayed in a triple double bed room on the top floor which had lush sea views and views of the pier which is awesome at night.
Bathroom was nice with a shower in which my friend used and said was really nice.
Everyone who works there are super friendly we felt so welcome thank you for a great weekend we would all recommend this hotel and one of us is super fussy about everything so this hotel is a winner if she was happy with it lol
This is a lovely place to stay on Brighton seafront, unfortunately we were only there for one night! All the staff were very friendly and welcoming, and the place was very clean and tidy. We had a smashing room with balcony... great views of the pier and seafront, along with our unexpected guest Humphrey :) Breakfast was very enjoyable, great service. We were blessed with very sunny weather.....January! we will stay here again for sure. Highly recommended.
I stayed at this hotel for one night. When you walk in you fee like time has stood still and has this amazing atmosphere. Michael and the lady on in the day were absolutely incredible and make this hotel charming. nothing wasn't too much and as guests we will be recommending this to families. Please do not change the decor, it makes the place. the fact its on the seafront is the best part.

Stayed one night, on arrival told we had been upgraded to a sea view room as the carpet in the room wecwere going to have was being shampooed.
The room was on the first floor and did indeed have a view of the sea, but also the busy road passing right outside, and the windows did little to dampen the noise.
The bathroom was very small (your knees touched the wall when on the toilet).
The TV in the bedroom was on a sidecwall, which meant it would have been very awkward to watch from in bed.
On the plus side the bed was really comfortable and I didn't hear any noise from other guests.
Thanks to Louise, Michael, John and all the staff for making our weekend such a lovely one. Second time I've stayed. Beautiful rooms, Short walk into town. Right on the beach. Will definitely be going again <3
