The server got our order wrong when reading it back to us and then we still proceeded to receive a dish we didn’t order and had to send back. The drinks took ages even though the place was not busy, the man at the bar was too busy throwing bottles in the air to open some j20s. The J20s were not shaken before they were opened so there was a thick fruit pulp settled in the bottom. No cutlery when our food arrived so I had to ask - it then took ages for it to be bought over while we all stared at our food. Portion sizes were also very small and the food was mediocre in taste. The toilet was filthy and the toilet seat wasn’t even attached to the toilet. There was a staff member cleaning tables and taking plates away - I don’t want to cause any offence but she was so miserable I honestly felt depressed when she came near us. A staff member also told a customer off for using the one way system wrong (fair enough - covid safety) which she then proceeded to walk the wrong way herself the whole time we were there. There was no way I was going to order dessert, £90 for a horrible evening. I did leave a 10% tip for our server as he was polite enough but didn’t bother asking for a discount as I just wanted to leave as soon as possible. Also there is only one entrance/exit so when I had to ask people checking in if I could please get past to exit they looked at me like I’d just insulted them. I didn’t feel like waiting for them to be finished chatting to the staff member they were clearly friends with before I could leave.
