This hotel is centrally located in the heart of Brighton with plenty of restaurants nearby and the beach is only 5 mins walk. It is a very modern hotel, the rooms are very modern and cool. The breakfast is superb and overall I really enjoyed my stay this weekend. Great location, great restaurants nearby and staff seem to be very friendly.

Room Tip: Book early to avoid disappoinment.

Arrived early and able to get in the room. Room clean, modern and very pink. Everything you would want for an evening stay. Near to the town, seafront and lanes. Car park needs to be booked in advance and was £21. Expensive but still cheaper than some carparks. Apparently they also do a deal with the RCP carpark for £13 for 24hours. We did not find out about this until it was too late. Only niggle was no thought behind some of the facilities. Power point too close to piece of wood so difficult to plug in kettle. Vanity mirror too low and chair three feet away. Despite this would recommend for stay in Brighton.

Fun and funky hotel. Spacious room, nice toiletries, clean and comfortable.
Car parking on site overpriced, much cheaper in nearby NCP car park. Internet terrible, didn't work at all during our stay. No English frontline staff, difficult to understand.
Breakfast should be included to make it competitive with other hotels.
Good location for the lanes and pier.

Room Tip: Choose top floor rooms. Lots of outside noise otherwise

Visited - May 2012 (2 days)

Check in - check in was very smooth, managed to get straight into our room!

Room - room was amazing... So clean and the decor was perfect. The disappointing part of our room was our view. Looked out onto overgrown plants and a plain white wall. Such a shame as the room was lovely.

Food - didn't eat at the hotel as Brighton has so many amazing places to eat. Both nights me and my partner went to the bar.. Cocktails are divine!!

Staff - staff were friendly on check in and the staff on reception were very friendly and helpful. Staff on reception were happy to give directions in where to go for food, drinks and shops!

Cleanliness - hotel was very clean.

Location - brilliant location, right in the centre so easy to get to places. Parking was a slight nightmare as it's very hard to get to if streets are busy.

Hotel lobby looked very nice and stylish as well as the bar, with fish tanks. Room was small but funky. We have been told by hotel staff that none of the windows could be opened therefore room was lacking of fresh air. TV had only few channels and some didn't show properly. Nice choice of tea and coffee in room. The main concern was the bathroom-there was no door to separate it from room, the toiler had a blury glass door therefore hardly any privacy!!! Whats worse when my partner for using a loo, it could be seen through the reflection in the mirror whilst I was chilling on the bed..have they not thought about this when designing the room?! Also if you wanted to use loo during the night, because of no door to separate it from the room, we kept waking up each other due to this.
Nevertheless, the bed was the most comfiest I have ever slept in!!! :))
Staff were friendly and polite, especially the bar staff.
Hotel is in a great location, but doubt we will be returning.
