“Fantastic cottage in ideal, beautiful location”
Reviewed 5 May 2015 for a stay in April 2015

We all had a fantastic time in the beautiful Taunton Cottage. Its in a perfect location, close to everything you could need on holiday. The cottage facilities were brilliant, super comfortable sofa and beds, and the kitchen was spacious. Would certainly go back any time.

“A great holiday”
Reviewed 3 April 2015 for a stay in March 2015

This was a perfect holiday home: Impeccably clean, beautifully decorated and furnished and so close to the beach, the shops and a range of eating places.

“A hidden gem in the heart of Swanage”
Reviewed 27 February 2015 for a stay in September 2014

A lovely cottage close to all the amenities of Swanage. I stayed here with 3 girl friends and had a great time. The cottage was easy walking distance to the beach and Old Stone Quay where we had food in the sunshine and enjoyed watching a local wedding. The cottage had everything we needed, was immaculately clean, comfortable beds and two bathrooms so no queuing necessary! All in all a fun holiday.

“Only used the car once all week!”
Reviewed 16 January 2015 for a stay in December 2014

Booked this cosy cottage for new year and wasn't disappointed; plenty of dressing up and fun in Swanage to celebrate! The central location is perfect for travelling with teenagers as they could come and go as they please, and due to the compact nature of the town with coast to explore in both directions I particularly enjoyed not having to use the car. There are supermarkets, restaurants and plenty of pubs within a 5min walk, and having the sea as soon as you walk to the bottom of the road is wonderful.

The ground floor space downstairs is open plan, but the WiFi is excellent throughout the property, so if a bit of time out was in order we could settle down in one of the really comfy bedrooms. 2 bathrooms is always a bonus, the shower in the top bedroom is 5*.

We had a lovely stay, thanks to Debbie and Steve for helpful advice, too.

“A STONES THROW FROM THE BEACH”
Reviewed 14 January 2015 for a stay in September 2014

Tucked away from view , but right in the middle of everything! Just a moments walk from beach /shops, we had a lovely time in this cosy house . Kids loved being able to pop in and out to everything on their own. House has its own parking space which is a real plus. Swanage is a sweet family friendly town with blue flag sandy beaches, good mix of pubs ,restaurants and a Steam Railway ! There is lots to do in area and great walks too along the Jurrasic Coast line , we will be back !
