Wonderful hotel, love the Hampton by Hilton brand anyway but this one I really rate. Rooms clearly well maintained as they are still fresh and new. clean comfy beds and welcoming team on the front desk.
Breakfast here was excellent and the staff really attentive to service and cleanliness. Exactly how it should be done

2nd time staying, will stay again. Hotel fits in with the Hilton brand, well equipped rooms and nice furnishings.
Parking is quite pricey for what it is but nice to have nonetheless, some issues with the access system during this stay meaning we had to chat on the intercom to the parking operator at each entry and exit but always sorted out ok.
I will echo another users comments though, shower head is rubbish so shower lacks pressure.
Also currently get a £5 voucher per day you opt not to have the room cleaned which is a nice perk!
Nice hotel conveniently located to the town and the beach. We had a lovely few days here visiting friends and so lucky with the weather to be able to walk the length of the beach which was amazing!
We stayed in a queen room with a city view. Sitting up in bed the view was of close buildings… absolutely no view until you walked up to the window and cranked your head round! We weren’t here to stay in a hotel room all day though so no biggie really. Kettle in the room with tea and coffee and more supplies available at Reception.
The breakfast area was small but served everyone very well considering the size of the hotel. Lots of choice and attentive staff constantly clearing the tables.
Parking was £13.50 per night or £15.50 per night on a weekend. We were lucky to find a space in the road next to the hotel for 2 nights which was free and just had to go into the secure paid parking for 1 night.
My only complaint was the shower. Absolutely awful!!! The shower head was a very bad design and was quite obviously blocked with limescale due to the way the water was spurting out.
Great central hotel, 5 mins walk to town and beach. All areas spotlessly clean. All staff very polite, friendly and helpful. Special mention to the chef who managed to keep the breakfast choices plentiful and hot whilst on a very busy Sunday morning, a special thanks that he brought my partner his sausages to the table directly as he knew he was waiting for a top up. Great breakfast selection, hot and cold and the later option on the weekend was most welcome. Rooms well equipped, except we couldn’t get BBC1 on the tv for some reason, but then again, we weren’t there to watch tv. Top up of tea, coffee and milk at reception was appreciated. Would highly recommend this hotel and will definitely return on our next visit to Bournemouth.
