I had a lovely stay! The staff were friendly, and welcoming from the moment I arrived. My room was comfortable, spotlessly clean, and I quite liked the decor. Breakfast was lovely, with a great selection of fresh options, all delicious. Their awards displayed in the reception area are well-deserved, and it’s easy to see why this hotel has earned such recognition. I’d gladly return!

First of all, we got the top floor. Which is the sixth floor(there is a seventh floor at the stairs but entrance prohibited.) Once checked in you can register your car on a tablet depending on your stay (minimum 24 hours). There is a tariff for non registered people who need parking. There is a 7-10 minute walk to the beach and pier. Inside the room, you have lots of coffee packets, and four capsules for the coffee press machine. You can make tea, hot chocolate, or coffee in both ways. The cleaning team did a good job. You receive a complimentary toothbrush, free toothpaste and shaving kit.The receptionist, Azhar, was very nice, welcoming us to the breakfast area and giving us a very comfortable place to eat. For food, there was different types of ham, pastries that were french and also another bar with the following:
Hash browns, sausages, beans, eggs, peas, bacon and more.
There was cereal, juices (I chose the multivitamins one), and two coffee machines, with hot water for the natural packed porridge. Some meals may contain gluten or many more allergens.
Before I continue, kids stay and eat free if your kids are under 13 and eat from the kids menu. There are still prices on the kids menu - do not worry, it is now free.
For dinner, there are many choices of beer and wine. There are j20s for kids. There is soup of the day for starters, and garlic bread. They sell pizzas and Singapore style vegetable noodles and that's all I know. There is SO much more on the menu.

A great 7 night stay here. Good sized room which was well equipped and with a comfortable bed. Very quiet room on the side of the hotel with no noise from outside and very little noise from inside the hotel. Plenty of storage space for a week long stay and good to have a room safe and a comfortable chair. Bathroom was a good size and I liked the spacious walk in shower. The hotel staff were all very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good and I actually liked having the hot items served rather than self service as items were quickly replenished and all the food was hot. Good to have the cooked breakfast served on warm plates too. I had evening meals in the restaurant on 2 evenings but for the price I paid I found them a bit disappointing.
Hotel is in a good location between the railway station and the town centre. It’s only a few minutes walk down to the sea front but quite a climb back up the hill. I came to Bournemouth by train and travelled around by bus. The number of destinations that you can get to by bus direct from the bus stop near to the hotel was amazing. I would definitely recommend the bus to Swanage via the ferry at Sandbanks and Studland Bay. I also managed to get by train and bus to Lulworth Cove and Durdle Door. I did some very long coastal walks and the hotel was a very comfortable place to come back to at the end of tiring days out.

A fantastic hotel with great facilities; we enjoyed everything about our stay. Tim, the GM, and the entire team’s service is exceptional; we were very well looked after; very warm welcome and excellent hospitality throughout the hotel. Breakfast was great and well served, restaurant and bar staff are friendly; the hotel is just about 7 minute walk to the pier. Town centre is walking distance too; about 10 minutes. Great location

Cons:
Only one working lift all week. Staff told me the other has been broken a long time. This meant long waits or climbing 6 flights of stairs. No lift to the underground car park.
Breakfast service was poor with the expectation guests wait for staff to be available. Fresh fruit salad advertised turned out to be tinned peaches in syrup.
Music played in common areas too loud and intrusive.
Bar service was poor. Long waits while staff did other things.
Limited parking even though we paid. Tiny spaces!
