Our second stay here. Comfy warm room (was snowing outside!), a perfect bed for a good night's sleep & view to the Isle of Wight. We had dinner in the bar, staff super attentive & the meal was delicious. Good breakfast too. Our "go to" hotel in Bournemouth, so much better than a chain hotel.

For a three-star hotel, this is excellent! The staff makes a strong effort to meet everyone’s needs efficiently and pleasantly.
The rooms are very clean and the beds comfortable.
Food service for many people was delivered to an exacting standard and on time.
The night staff were helpful and friendly too.
As a smoker, I appreciated the balcony and outside smoking area although Storm Bert somewhat curtails that enjoyment

Clean, warm (it’s November!) and friendly staff .. great location too. Quiet neighbourhood. Only a 5 minute walk to the beach.
20 mins walk to Westbourne shops and restaurants.
We didn’t eat at the hotel. Free parking & we were able to leave car at the hotel for a few hours after check out.

We had a deal weekend and we had breakfast and dinner included
Uauuuuu beautiful food
Very close to the beach
All areas very clean
In the evening we had a dj and was great

We came to the hotel with grandchildren and it was perfect for us. The rooms were clean and had lots of storage. The shower was powerful and bathroom immaculate. We had a lovely quiet room with a balcony and a sea view. We didn't eat at the hotel as we were making use of the kids eat free offers as it was half term. The games room was super for our children they really enjoyed it and the hotel had a lovely family atmosphere in the evenings. We used the pool each day which was beautiful. We never had a problem getting in to swim. The location of the hotel was brilliant, just 5 mins walk to the beach and 25 mins walk to Bournemouth pier along the seafront. Parking was great also.We would definitely stay again.
