I stayed for 2 nights at end of November. Everything was great , reasonable sized room, good shower and bathroom. The best are the staff at breakfast Jozef was very hospitable and friendly as was the cook who prepared the cooked breakfast. The hotel is only a few minutes from the cliff down to the beach and 10 minutes walk to the town centre. The bonus being £100 b&b for one person for two nights, a very good off season price
As always Premiere Inns didn’t disappoint. Bournemouth west Cliff well situated for the town and beach, staff were friendly and helpful and as a plus has a very convenient, comfortable and welcoming bar area straight off of reception.
The room clean and comfortable and loved the big rainfall shower head over the bath that was a treat.
Premiere Inns always our first choice because you know what you’re getting and prices very competitive. £107 for 2 nights town centre even out of season we felt was a bargain.
Nice building in good location, however if you what to stay more than 1 night don’t expect the bed to be made ,replacement towels or the room cleaned. We stayed in September, upon arrival we checked in with the computer (no reception staff) but could not get the key loaded by the computer. Pressed the bell for attention but no one available, eventually the person handing the bar and restaurant came to help. The next morning, we saw the notice in the lift saying if we wanted the room to be serviced tell reception by 1200hrs. We duly conformed, upon returning at approximately 5.30pm the room had not been cleaned nor bed made. Again there was only one member of staff available who was manning everything . I managed to get clean towels, and my wife made the bed. Just like being in a youth hostel not a Premier Plus Room. The following day at 0930hrs we made the same request and also wrote a note, upon arrival at 5.20pm we were surprised to find the same situation. Once again collect towels from reception and wife making the bed. Having paid extra for a Premier room Plus we expected better service. Having advised customer relations we were offered £46 as compensation as our experience did not meet their Guaranteed Good Night Sleep !!!!
Little staff all working under pressure and no authority to resolve the problem other than provide the telephone number of guest relations.
One of the two lifts were out of order for the three days of our stay , and vending machine stopped working on final day.
We will not ever stay in a Premier Inn again.
Without doubt this has been an incredible stay..I had booked at a different hotel locally but due an impossible situation at the other hotel I went to the Premier Inn close by..From the moment I arrived the staff were so helpful, courteous and made me feel very welcome..Check in flawless and soon I was enjoying my superb room..absolutely spotless, bed so comfortable..I had the meal in the evening..excellent, again such excellent staff, always smiling but very well trained..Breakfast wonderful and staff so helpful..we have a further night here but so delighted, this hotel is a refreshing change from so many hotels we have stayed in..The whole thing, hotel, rooms, comfort, staff and food are excellent..You have a great and proffesional team here, I do hope the the company recognise this..its certainly not common these days
What a lovely Premier Inn! So close to the sea and so modern & clean. Andy on reception/breakfast is a truly kind and professional member of the team! Didn’t stop! Always helpful and always a smile on his face! A true ambassador for the Company!
Other team members less enthusiastic! But didn’t spoil our stay! We love this hotel and visit many times each year! Never disappoints!
