Great hotel. Clean, spacious and comfortable room. Staff friendly and helpful. Very impressed with overall value and position. Had a side room which still had a partial sea view and panoramic views over Bournemouth. Will definitely stay again.

Hello, we were fortunate enough to have our wedding at the Marsham court hotel, and thanks to their expert team the day went perfectly. we returned for our 1 year anniversary for a meal and overnight stay, and again the service was faultless. we have just returned from a wedding vow renewal with another over night stay and was as impressed as ever on their organisation and ability to provide a top service. Really cant thank the team there enough, 100% recommend to anyone.

Delightful stay. wonderful position for buses. Staff were great and nothing seemed too much trouble. Room was spacious and clean. Few things could be improved on but they didn't detract from pleasure of our stay. Service on the terrace was hit and miss, with items forgotten or served late and with little finesse and sometimes crockery was old and stained. However with the special offer price we paid it was excellent value.

good sized clean neatly decorated room reasonably furnished ,good tv.
Large en-suite disabled friendly,draw back the bath is very short (I am 5ft 9in tall).No xpelaire
The reception staff were efficient. helpful and friendly particulary Martha who displayed good customer care skills.
Dining room staff were friendly and obliging .
The food was tasty,nicely cooked,plentiful and well presented.
The bar reasonably well stocked in light airy surroundings
All in all good value for money will stay again

Room Tip: room 214 is ideal for disabled people ,its on the 2nd floor and is served with a small lift. Certainly not a room with a view It can be noisy when revellers are leaving .

We used to visit this hotel on a fairly regular basis but it is some years since we were in Bournemouth. There have been many improvements in the intervening period and it is evident that there has been a substantial amount of investment in updating the hotel. To those who moan I say Rome wasn't built in a day and refurbishing a hotel is a huge investment. We visited in September and had a most enjoyable few days. There were no balcony rooms available so we had a room at the back of the hotel. The room was on the small side but came with an excellent shower room and was very clean. A small problem with the shower was fixed immediately. The bed was excellent and the room was quiet. We do tend to avoid weekends with all our holidays as most hotels give over their facilities to weddings and this hotel is no exception. The hotel offers free parking and is in an excellent position for town.
The only area where the hotel lets itself down is in the restaurant. the food is excellent and varied however the service is very disorganised, staff take orders then forget which table the order is for and spend time wandering around trying to locate the correct table. Twice staff attempted to serve coffee to us before we had started on our meal. We were advised by other guests not to order our dinner until our wine arrived as often their meal was nearly over before the wine arrived. If the restaurant service was improved this hotel would be the best on the East Cliff. We will return
