We had a two night dinner, bed and breakfast package. The room was beautiful, warm and cosy which was definitely needed during the weekend's storm! The bed was huge and very comfy with very pillows that were wonderfully soft.
Reception staff were friendly and helpful, the bar staff were brilliant with gorgeous cocktails.
The restaurant was lovely, the food really very good and the waiting staff friendly but unobtrusive.
Highly recommend to anyone!

This hotel was lovely. The reception staff were very welcoming and helpful when we arrived. The hotel is located close to the beach and the town centre (ten minute walk away).
Our room was spotlessly clean as was the rest of the hotel. The room was smart and well decorated with a comfortable bed. We even had vegan cookies in our room!
Breakfast was good, although they had run out of vegan sausages on our second morning. The restaurant menu didn't look very good for vegans so we ate in town where there are two excellent vegan restaurants ( Twelve eatery and Vegivores).
The is a very nice, quiet bar that we visited both evenings when we returned to the hotel.
We would definitely return.

Nice hotel with very friendly and efficient staff, they organised some flowers for my wife’s birthday even though I didn’t give them proper notice.
Great service and the food in the restaurant was absolutely stunning with all four of us more than happy to return.

Stayed for 1 night for an event at the BIC. Good location with plenty of free breakfast.
Breakfast was plentiful with plenty of choice - green smoothies were spot on.
For us, for the price we paid ( not cheap) we expected more from the room. Bed was really soft - so much so we rolled into the middle- and shower water temperature was only warm at best.
No real luxuries - fully accept the hotel is trying to cut down on waste/plastics but it appears they've cut down on quality too.
Rooms not soundproofed at all - we could literally hear everything from the next room.

We stayed for 2 nights for my special Birthday. The staff were very friendly and the room was lovely. They had added rose petals and a Happy Birthday slate with chocolates on. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom with a shower was clean and warm. There was a hairdryer and a coffee/tea tray, and fresh milk available in reception. The room was nice and warm too (a consideration in November! ) There was a nice bar for pre dinner drinks.
We had a meal on my Birthday in The Arbor Restaurant. It was an absolutely outstanding meal from start to finish. Every course was exceptional. My friend has a dairy intolerance and they had a lovely vegan chocolate dessert for her. The waiters were also very good. Just one small thing was that our waiter went on a cigarette break and the smell was very strong when he returned. A small thing but very noticeable when eating.
The hotel has a car park and is a short walk to the seafront. The walk back is uphill.
We throughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again and eat in their restaurant again. The chef is obviously very talented.
