A nice quiet hotel. The staff are freindly, welcoming and happy to help. There is an elevator which can fit a wheelchair (not sure about a power chair.) Level access at the front of the hotel and a walk in shower en suite. The food was also very good.
On the whole it is a pleasant hotel and an enjoyable place to stay.

We were staying in Bournemouth while a family member was in hospital and rang The Grove to see if they had availability. Roberto was so helpful answering all our enquiries and assisting us with finding the best room for our stay.
He even offered us a discount considering our circumstances which was hugely appreciated.

When we arrived he was immediately so welcoming giving us information about the hotel and the best places to eat locally.

We had a triple room which was very spacious, modern and clean, the beds were very comfortable, room temperature was just right, bathroom was clean and shower was powerful.

The parking was free as we'd booked direct through the hotel and the location was great, only 4 minutes away from local restaurants.

We had breakfast in the morning which was amazing, all options available and cooked perfectly.

Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone, Roberto really made our stay extra special with his friendly hosting, he is a huge asset to this lovely hotel.

We will be back!
