This is a very nice hotel.
My room (a single) was on the small side but contained all the essentials, tea coffee, hair dryer etc. The room was very clean, the bed was comfy and the en-suite shower room was clean. Room service was provided daily. The entertainment was OK, it was varied and there was a short session of bingo each evening. The only down side of the holiday was the shower cubicle - the door opening was just 16 inches wide and I had a real squeeze to get into it. I spoke to the deputy manager and was told I could transfer to a double room with a bath at an extra cost of £25. I refused as I had already paid a single supplement, it was then suggested I could go into the hydro spa and shower in there! Not very satisfactory at all!!!!!
The food and service were excellent, the hydro spa was a great experience and treatments were reasonably priced.
My personal opinion is that the hotel would be better as an adult only environment, as the general age of the guests seem to be over 60. There were not a lot of children there but they were quite annoying at times and my sleep was disturbed by a baby crying in a nearby room.
