Exactly what you expect from Premier inn a decent room, great room heater on the wall, could have done with a bigger TV but im not complaining as i thought it was nice and comfortable location on the third floor with partial views over the harbour and the barbrican, staff were excellent couldn't do enough for you. Food was well cooked and tasted really fresh best ive had in all the Premier Inns i have stayed in. Now to my biggest bug bear of all breakfast, this was absolutely the best i have ever had at a Premier Inn cooked to order Yes COOKED TO ORDER, i had two toast two poached eggs and two bacon, i thought i had died and gone to heaven when it came out of the kitchen 15 minutes later pipping hot, fresh cooked bacon straight of the grill, poached eggs done to perfection nice and runny and white toast buttered hot absolutely divine. if this hotel can do this with at least 40 guests in the dinning room i fail to see why other Premier Inns cant. I think they deserve a huge pat on the Back down in Plymouth best cooked hotel breakfast i have had in years and served by a a great young waitress who was extremely polite, helpful and full of customer service couldn't have asked for more a

Room Tip: Ask for room on third floor for limited views of harbour

We stayed here last weekend (10 / 11 march) as we attending a family wedding nearby.
I was impressed with the hotel , the staff were excellent and plentiful the food was good quality and lots of it and the rooms although a bit warm were comfortable and had everything required. I didnt have a problem with the car parking fee which at £5 per day is cheap really considering the area (lots of residential zones etc down by the harbour).

We stayed here to go to a show at the pavilion. We weren't sure how to get there walking, but a taxi was only £4 something. We stayed in room 206 which had a nice view of the harbour. The staff were lovely and the restaurant for tea & breakfast was good! My only complaint was that I was woken up at 6am (my 1st chance of a lie-in in 7 months since having a baby!) by the guest in the room above clomping about & you could hear the floor creaking and every footstep! If I stayed here again I'd request the top floor!

Sutton Harbour is so easy to find, plenty of parking, close to all amenities and has excellent staff. On arrival it looks like you're nowhere near anything central however once you wander out you realise how close the shops, bars and restaurants are.Would definitely recommend a stay here.

Have stayed here several times over the last 5 years. This visit was far from the best. Car park charge £5 per day, new from our last visit. Stingy with tea and coffee, if you ask they are happy to let take as much as you like from reception. One hand towel between two in bedrooms.Dirty inside windows.
