We stayed for one night, free car parking and 10-15 minute walk onto the Barbican. Staff very helpful and polite. Room plenty of space, fantastic shower and bath. Will definitely stay here again when visiting Plymouth.

We stayed at the Premier Inn for one night and it was an excellent experience. This specific branch has very limited parking and we lost ours just after going out for dinner in the town. They do have an overflow car park which is about 2-3mins. walk (not bad really). The room we stayed in was spotless clean, the bed was one of the most comfortable beds we have ever slept on and I just call the duvet- marshmallows as it was actually the softest, warmest duvet I've ever used. They have extra pillows for people like me who prefers to have two and they were comfortable as well. They have the best smelling bath towels (we find that most hotels/inns have vinegary-smelling towels most of the time) and we love the size of the room. The bathroom is nice and clean and everything worked perfectly-including the hot shower. Upon check in the staff explained to us that if we experience any problems during our stay and they are not able to remedy it or we did not have a good night's sleep, we will get a full refund. That is confidence with what they are offering and we were thoroughly impressed! We did have a nice sleep and had no complaints whatsoever.

To us, this stay have set the bar for Premier Inn. We would gladly stay at any branch again in the future and hope that they live up to this one's standards. Good job Premier Inn Sutton!

This is one of the best Premier Inns in UK, staff were friendly and very kind, rooms were perfectly cleaned and the restaurant was lovely, with good quality of food. This was my 3rd visit at this hotel and I'll come back again

This hotel is clean, comfortable, good value for money and nicely located for the Barbican or the city centre. The bar is nice, restaurant is good, although we only had breakfast which is eat as much as you like BUT cooked to order which is so much nicer than buffet style where food is often left to go cold or overlooked.

The staff are all very friendly and courteous, the only thing that stopped me giving it a higher rating was the lack of a safe in the bedrooms.

Room Tip: Ask for one harbour side
