Currently in the middle of a 3 night stay, booked so we could help care for young nephew whilst parents both work on run up to Christmas. We often stay in budget hotels and as usual 4 of us shared a room. On night one we had offered to have young nephew stay overnight with us in order for parents to get some sleep! Hotel staff really accommodating and although we did not need anything from them, they offered. Staff all very friendly and remembered the kids names as we went in and out various times.
So, today is day 3 and myself and littlest child have been in the room all day due to a sickness bug. Staff have been great....bedding changed as needed etc etc. Everyone has been so kind and accommodating!
This is a regular trip for our family and due to the great prices (this time £99 total for the 3 days) we will definitely come again.
Breakfast at adjoining restaurant had after night one...again staff great and food also good.

Hotel is lovely and clean. Bed soooo comfy. Blackout curtains. And although in a busy area absolutely no noise at all . 5 min walk to The Barbican and The Hoe. 5 min walk to cinema and restaurant complex. 5 mins drive to Drakes Circus. Perfect for trip to Plymouth. Staff were happy smiley and always said hello, how are you etc. Everyone on the front desk was friendly and helpful. Only one issue...room was incredibly warm. And although followed instructions to turn down the heating, it didn't work. But hotel provided two large room fans. Definately stay here again. Perfect for me visiting family in Royal Navy

A lot cheaper than TravelLog in the city centre. Good sized rooms and excellent front of house service. Very clean and very tidy.

However just pray you don't have a guest with lead boots sleeping in the room above you, as you will be woken up.

Some of the staff are brilliant, others. Well.....

Easy to get to the Pavillions to attend a concert. Live in Cornwall so didn't want to travel home late at night. Very comfortable and friendly. Lockers Quay does not let the brand name of Premier Inn down
