Great old building serving good local ales 3no and plenty of ciders about 10-12 for a change. Really good prices on ales and ciders starting from £3.30 a pint. House wine only £8.95 a bottle and £3.50 for 250ml which is the right price for wine. Camra members given a 10% discount on the production of a valid membership card. Worth a visit if you like real ale and proper cider.

I love coming to Firehouse, it's a great social environment I always find myself chatting to others who are visiting. I enjoy their ciders - especially the ginger cider. The pizzas are ideal for sharing between two people for an affordable price! Its a shame they only start serving the pizzas after 8pm. It can be quite a loud environment for eating but for students it's ideal. Only downside is it can run out of seating fairly quickly and it's not possible to reserve a table - however I do like the outside seating area and the decor all around. And they have vegan pizza!

Visited a few friends in Exeter for the weekend, and she recommended we come here for dinner.

It was lovely! Loads of floors for seating, it was busy with students and great atmosphere. We found a nice long table and went and placed our orders at the bar.

Food came out nice and quick and all at the same time. I had the chicken burger and it was delicious! Nice big portions.

Lovely chill place with nice friendly staff :)

I will definitely be back to try the pizzas! They looked amazing

This place does great pizzas and great roasts on a Sunday. Would highly recommend for large groups but be warned - no table reservations so get there early if you want to get a good spot.

Popular meeting place for pre gig drinks so very busy. Prompt service. Grabbed some chips and a fab pint of local proper cider and sat outside as a pleasant evening for April. Great comfortable atmosphere and not too far from The Phoenix.
