light and spacious apartment with a high standard of fixtures and fittings. As other guests have commented it's a steep walk up from town but we knew that. Cake on arrival was a nice gesture. I was surprised at no freezer compartment so my G & T was a little warm! Parking space allocated to apartment was welcome.

This is a nice apartment to stay in if you are looking to unwind and explore Dartmouth and the surrounding area. The rooms are a good size, wifi signal is good, and the apartment is clean.

There are a few points you should be aware of:
1) This apartment is part of a main house which provides B&B facilities, and therefore cars and coming and going every day, which can block the car park.
2) There is no oven, dishwasher or washing machine, or wheelie bin, so you have to disturb the owner when your bin is full!
3) If you have a 4x4 access to the car park is tight and restrictive especially if there are B&B guests.
4) You will probably end up driving to and from the town centre each day, as the hill is too steep to walk up and down each day.

Rented the apartment for one week in december... Perfect appartment, lots of space and friendly owner. Only 10 minutes walk to the village, though for the way back a 3.50 pound taxi is easier. It is steep up hill!

We really enjoyed our stay here, the hosts were delightful but not intrusive. The apartment was to a very good standard, may benefit from a little redecoration in places but other than that, very good all round.
Probably not suitable for anyone who finds hills a little difficult as it's all up hill on the way back from town. We found a couple of shandies helped!!
