Lovely accommodation, spacious and added bonus of garage parking and garden.
Easy walk into St Ives with bonus of sea glimps from bedroom windows.
Janice made herself available via email for anything throughout our stay, and it was lovely to see her fabullous paintings in the house.
Would have no hesitation in recommending but tall people need to watch their heads in places and although the front entrance is quirky, it's a much easier entrance through the back door, although the neighbour really not keen on visitors so we kept to the back garden entrance and avoided her.

Management Response

Please don't be put off by the neighbour ,the actual entrance is by the front garden, Being Fern Glen. The side entrance is also right of way,the neighbour is actually quite nice but it is residential area and we just ask guests to be mindful of this re noise and especially when returning home late at night.
