This little cottage is absolutely stunning and is set in the perfect location to take in the panoramic views overlooking the magnificent village of port issac. There are fantastic walks around the village which not only show off the history but also take you through the various locations used in filming the tv series "doc Martin". Port Issac also is the home of "Outlaws" a first class restaurant owned by the Chef Nathan Outlaw which offers a fantastic range of fresh fish dishes but also has an excellent choice of wines. The surrounding areas such as Rock and Tintagel are well worth a visit and also take the short boat trip across to padstow where there is a vibrant atmosphere and some excellent restaurants and bars. Overall I can't find enough words to describe this lovely place so the best thing is to sample the experience yourself.

We have just spent 3 nights here and quite frankly we wish we had booked for longer! It's a lovely little cottage with everything you need including parking which is very handy with 2 children and 2 dogs! It's a gentle stroll into the heart of Port Isaac albeit a tad uphill on the way back! the enclosed garden is lovely although dogs and children need supervision.
There is really nothing to fault it's clean tidy and bright. The only minor niggle if I was being picky is the fridge door opens the wrong way and if you have coats/bags hanging on the coat pegs it's a bit of a nuisance!! But that's just me!
We are looking to book again later in the year and we never usually go back to the same place! A gem of a find!
Spent a week in August here with parents, toddler and dogs. We found the parking space very helpful as it means no hanging around trying to park when the village is busy. Cottage is well equipped. Comfortable clean beds. Handy smart tv, games and DVD collection for when weather isn't so good. Very useful baby bits like highchair, cot and bath. Garden is enclosed but dogs that jump can easily get out over a wall. This wasn't a problem for us as we don't leave our dogs unsupervised. We would considered booking again. Only down points were the cottage could have been cleaner when we arrived. We've put this down to it being peak season. It was quite dusty on obvious surfaces like under TV, on side tables, tea pot and iPod docking station. The rugs didn't seem to have been hoovered. This didn't ruin our stay though. Still recommend staying here. Missed the white wine chilling in fridge and fresh milk.
