“Cabin”
Reviewed 12 August 2018 for a stay in July 2018

Lovely cabin, with nice peaceful surroundings, very helpful and friendly owners, fish and chips takeaway round the corner, beach down the road, not dog friendly but Seaton beach was near and is great for dog and kids, can use Looe bay caravan and camping Park facilities, at a small charge, and that is just up the road,
Lots to do and see near by. Great holiday would definitely recommend and return.

“Our stay at Meadowbank....”
Reviewed 22 September 2017 for a stay in September 2017

Peaceful - dog friendly - wooden lodge,
We stayed the first week of September, the site is beautiful and peaceful, tucked away amongst the trees with the sound of running water and wildlife. The lodge was warm, spacious and inviting. It had everything we needed although it would benefit from a little updating and tlc. Only a 10 minute walk to the local beach Millandreath (not dog friendly during the summer!) and access to the coastal path to Seaton and Looe. Nice to be able to return to our warm lodge after a soaking in the rain!
We would definitely visit again.

“Lovely Location”
Reviewed 1 June 2017 for a stay in May 2017

The pictures of the site and these lodges do not do it justice...
Lovely location with plenty of space for anything reasonable (BBQ's, Sunbathing, Drinks, Fishing, maybe even a short ball game or frisbee etc).
Shared washroom on site for all to use and small lake with ducks, pheasants and other animals nearby made this location very peaceful too.
There was a board in our cabin with local taxi's and even brochures for local things going on. The walk into Millendreath or Looe are both doable from the site with a bit of effort.

Facilities all worked fine but do be prepared with the mosquito creams as this location is quite insect heavy (bushes, trees, lake and grassland all nearby), signal for phone etc was poor, which was expected with the location, but the owners did mention they were happy to assist if we need to use a phone etc. They were very welcoming and helpful, may even return in the future.

“Spacious and peaceful!!!”
Reviewed 11 September 2016 for a stay in September 2016

Stayed here first week in September and really enjoyed it. The owners are lovely and freindly and couldn't be more helpful.thanks Percy Mike and Norma .the cabin has plenty of comfortable seating both in the lounge and fully equipped kitchen and dining area.beds lovely and comfortable with nice clean bedding .Cozy and warm with the central heating on if the weather turns ,not that happens much :-).beautiful unspoilt picturesque fishing lake with small coarse fish and alive with nature and bake lakes just up the road for the more experienced angler. The coast is only a short walk away for sea anglers and the south west coast path crosses the beach at millendreath for a nice stroll into looe .or the more experienced walkers to explore All in all a lovely place we will recommend and will return !
