The Hotel is near the beach, the hotel has great staff both at reception and at breakfast. The dining room has a fantastic view. The room was tidy but some facilities including the shower needed some updating. The staircase needs painting. The bed was comfortable. We would rebook.

We stayed here for just 1 night recently m the guest house has an excellent location directly overlooking a fabulous beach , we had a lovely room with this view.
We found the staff very friendly and helpful when checking in and at breakfast in the morning and would recommend Anacapri o anyone visiting Falmouth , there is a good bar/restaurant just down the hill while the town centre is within easy walking distance.

Room tip: Deluxe seafront rooms a good upgrade option at a reasonable price.

We would not stay at this hotel again as the hotel manager was rude and unhelpful and indifferent to the problems of my wife who is due to go into hospital shortly for a hip operation, The room allocated was small and the en-suit was in a converted cupboard with nowhere to put any toiletries whilst having a shower the bedroom and bathroom were cold and had to ask for the heating and towel rail to be put on. The manager needs a course on customer service and show some empathy on peoples problems.

Room tip: no lifts in hotel and stairs are steep

Excellent location, close to the beach, easy walk into town. Stunning views from hotel. Staff were very welcoming and nothing was too much trouble, very friendly and helpful.
Comfortable clean room with a fabulous four poster bed. Delicious breakfast served in the breakfast room looking out over the bay, what a wonderful way to start the day. Highly recommended. Looking forward to our next visit already.

I decided to try out this guest house for a recent business visit. Good location right opposite the beach which was lovely. Guest house a little dated. Room was great, decent size, super clean, nice comfortable bed and warm shower. Lovely view over the sea. I didn’t stay for breakfast as I had to hit the road but they rustled me up a bacon sandwich for the road. Little high on price but overall a good day. I will recommend and be sure to consider here when I return soon.
