We could live with the mould in the shower, and we could live with the uncertain heating but when the tap in the bathroom sink blew a washer and the host took hours to get it resolved, that took the shine off our stay. And then when we wanted to check-out, there was no-one home so we had to just drop the key-off and keep going. The business has potential but the owners need to understand a bit about customer expectations.
