“Cosy little studio in the heart of Bristol”
Reviewed 25 February 2015 for a stay in February 2015

This was a lovely, warm, comfortable & quiet flat in the heart of a great city. It felt secure and was very welcoming. The landlord also communicated very well

“Cracking location and superb service from owner”

Two nights in the lovely city of Bristol was enhanced by the location of this neat studio apartment just north of Cabot Circus shopping area.

On entering there was a very nice impression that we had got our 'own place', it was light and spacious with the facilties you'd expect from a holiday let. Big bathroom (I would have loved a bath too, athough the shower was very effective).

We had little time in Bristol so spent little time in the studio, for us the main attraction was the location and the secure parking outside the flat.

The wifi would not allow us to log in for some reason, but the owner moved heaven and earth to get it resolved for us, including contacting his IT provider at 11pm on a Friday night! We had one or two other little niggles but nothing worth reporting here and alldealt with in a calm, attentive and professional way.

We would stay there again & it's nice not to pay hotel prices for a change, and to have the freedom to breakfast in peace!

“Lovely apartment in a fantastic location!”

My boyfriend and I stayed in this apartment for the Easter weekend. It is a lovely, clean, and clearly well looked after apartment. It is very cosy and ideal as a base from which to explore the city. The location could not have been better; easy walking distance to all city attractions, yet a quiet and safe road... and just a stone's throw from the shops, which I loved!

Robert was very helpful and made us feel extremely welcome. I would recommend this to any couples looking for a city break!

“Comfort and security in a great location”
Reviewed 27 December 2013 for a stay in November 2013

This is a great studio apartment which offers the freedom of a self catering property with the convenience of being central to this lovely city. The kitchen area is well kitted out and has quality fixtures and fittings. The bathroom is ideal with a good shower. The bed is very comfortable and the linen and towels are all fine. This is a great place to stay for anyone who is in Bristol for pleasure or on business. There is no need to cook in, as there are numerous coffee shops, bars and restaurants close by but if you do want to cater "in house" this is easy to manage with a small Sainsbury's just a short walk away and other opportunities to buy fresh provisions around the city. The availability of a secure car parking space for a modest cost is also a great benefit. In all, this is great value and in our view, so much nicer than being in a hotel or maybe staying outside the city.

“A real gem!”
Reviewed 20 December 2013 for a stay in December 2013

Sadly I only stayed for three days. This is a very cosy and private apartment with lots of character. I loved that it felt a bit hidden away.
It would be ideal for a romantic break and it would also be heaven for shopperholics (with the huge Cabot shopping centre practically on the doorstep).
As an insomniac I was especially grateful for the dark curtains. So many hotels/self catering apartments have white/cream curtains and light floods the room at daybreak. I slept better here than at home! Highly recommended.
