Great friendly service. Excellent selection and absolutely delicious food enjoyed by us all. Gluten and dairy free options too. Will definitely go back there.

I joined some friends for a coffee. The front-of-house lady was in a rush and was rude. I paid a 15% public holiday surcharge. The coffee did not arrive after an extended period. I enquired, told it was next in line. Still did not arrive. I waited in line to get a refund. From a previous review, “but the front of the house definitely let the team down. I felt unheard, repeatedly cut off by the server, and was handed a takeaway box like a fly that was being shooed away…” .They don’t care; the area must have a better café.

Relatively busy Saturday morning. Four of us sat at a table and ordered three meals.
Took an absolute eternity to get the food a good thirty to forty minutes.
It was a simple eggs benni which was hard-poached eggs, chicken salad was tasteless. The worst was the simple toast and jam. We saw it made put on the pass and sat there for 15 minutes. Served three pieces of toast, a small bit of jam, no butter or anything and stone cold and rock hard.
The staff were ok. Sadly we won't be back again.

If you love a good eggs Benedict the hash brown addition makes Jam a win. Very fast service. Toy box for kids helped make this a win.

Stopped in for a meeting and a hot drink. Jam seemed popular and service was good. They all look the same to me......
