I joined some friends for a coffee. The front-of-house lady was in a rush and was rude. I paid a 15% public holiday surcharge. The coffee did not arrive after an extended period. I enquired, told it was next in line. Still did not arrive. I waited in line to get a refund. From a previous review, “but the front of the house definitely let the team down. I felt unheard, repeatedly cut off by the server, and was handed a takeaway box like a fly that was being shooed away…” .They don’t care; the area must have a better café.
