The building is very tired and grounds have not been tended in a long time. Run down appearance. Beside a rental motel. Staff is friendly and though I don’t s not need service I assume I would have had it. Room dated but clean. Basic motel breakfast. It is fine here but not good value at $255 a night. It would not be my first pick when I return to Parksville. More

We loved the rooms, as these were clean, beds were firm & clean, and towels were soft. Highly recommend for a quick stay. Staff were very extremely friendly checking in and out. Rooms have restricted access only with guests card.

Nice sized hotel room, pool was awesome. Breakfast was excellent with lots of choices (bagels,toast,waffles,hard-boiled eggs, cereal,fruit,yogurt) all really fresh. Staff was all friendly and helpful. Very clean even with some renovations going on. Didn't even notice them. Would recommend to anyone to stay.!!!

Good breakfast. Room not clean and no bath room fan. Toilet not flushing well. Courteous and friendly staff. Ground a mess grass overgrown and large weeds spider webs and dirty carpets. Again, nice staff.

Hotel was definitely run down. It had some renovations done but they were very below average. Some of the room was very dated/old. We had a room with a separate room which was great for kids! The breakfast had a good selection and was always replenished/clean. The bed/bedding was super comfortable! Quick walk to a mini golf. Had to drive to get to the main beach area/kids park. Pool/hot tub was very dated and small.

Breakfast was good. Fancy waffle iron, muffins, juice, boiled eggs. Good Coffee. Bed was comfy and the facility was quiet. Clean premises . Fairly close to town. Room was tidy with a couch desk and extra pillows and blankets.
