Rude front desk staff, no security whatever, rooms that stink like a wet dog. It's a budget property so don't expect anything and you won't be disappointed. Great for pet lovers; terrible for those with pet allergies. Bottom line, I wouldn't go back. The all day fire alarm testing on my first day was also not helpful since I work nights and got no sleep that day. The rude front desk woman yelled at me when I asked why I wasn't advised of the fire alarm testing when checking in. Really a nasty embittered even shrewish individual.
Definitely in the wrong business. Then my dog allergies kicked in and I ended up in bed for most of my stay. Luckily Shoppers Drug Martcacross the street provided antihistamines and lotiin fir my itching.
They changed my room the third night and finally no more wet dog smells. Thankfully housekeeping was excellent that day. Overall I would say avoid this place. Too many hassles and not enough service. A convenient area but high crime and having nobody to address loud guests on my floor at 3 am the second night was not what I expected from a Wyndham property.
