We stayed for a couple of weeks in this hotel. The hotel is in an excellent location Close to a ton of restaurants. Service was excellent especially the breakfast staff (strangely the dining room is located on the 14th floor). The only deficiency is that carpet needed a deep cleaning and the room description doesn't exactly match the web description.

Location was fine, amenities were fine, cleanliness was okay (no dirt or hair, but there were mystery stains on the curtains), bed was comfortable but oh my god, it was so loud! I felt like I was on the set of the fast and the furious after ten pm. The hotel is pretty close to the 404 and apparently if you want to race your car/motorcycle this is the place. Noise from the highway through the windows, noise from the other guests through the walls. Unfortunately this means I will never be staying at this hotel again. I was really hoping to love it because 200$ for a one bedroom with a hot breakfast is a great price.

Four of us stayed in the 2 Queen Bed room for 5 nights using Marriott points (the 5th night was free). TownePlace Suites has free breakfast and we got offered for free parking, so our hotel bill was $0 which was nice. Too bad there wasn’t any upgrade available for 2 beds, but the room we got was good anyways. It was clean and roomy. There were plates and cups in the kitchen area of the room, and we found it very convenient since we bought ice cream and fruits from the supermarkets nearby. The breakfast was ok — oatmeal, waffle, cereal, toasts, etc.
This hotel is a very good option closest to Toronto. Property is very clean and very well maintained. Good brekfast. Staff is very friendly. Easy access to highway. There are a lot of restaurants and other facilites at hotel area.
Im always a fan of the Towneplace suites rooms. The facilities in the room are great, you get a full working kitchen, including 2 ring hob, microwave, sink and full fridge freezer, as well as various cooking utensils. This is great if you travel a lot and would like to make your own breakfast. Beds are comfy and there is a decent desk to work at, which can swivel to face the TV.
I was not a fan of the breakfast in this hotel. However, it is the standard eggs, oatmeal, bagel, waffle choice you get all over North America. It would be nice to pay a little extra for a freshly cooked breakfast.
The gym is a good size and has a decent amount of equipment, especially for a hotel gym. It gets busy very early though.
