We needed somewhere convenient for a quiet overnight stay whilst we visited with friends. This location satisfied our requirements and was convenient to reach and leave from to resume our journey. I recommend this hotel.

Friendly staff, very clean hotel, breakfast was very good and everything was fresh, complimentary supper every night! I've stayed at quite a few hotels and by far this was the best. I've never been disappointed with Hilton.

2 night stay at Hilton homewood. Beautiful and useful kitchen area. Staff could be more attentive. Bed was nice and big but you could tell the room wasn’t cleaned like it should have been before my arrival. Overall it was a comfortable experience.

Was going to be in north Toronto area for 6 nights and wanted to a hotel room that didn't feel like a hotel. Having a suite at a reasonable rate made the stay much more enjoyable. While I did't use the kitchen much, having the convenience made the trip easier.

We stayed for a hockey tourney & Homewood suite was perfect. Prepare ahead by taking your favourite noodle dish & you’ll save cost & time. I unfortunately seen a gross man with no shirt on in the exercise room that I can’t unsee.

This review is based on TWO similar recent stays. Bottom line is I consistently had issues with it not being clean; suggesting there is a consistent problem.
First - Clump of hair found in the bed, under the top cover layer.
I reported it in morning and staff apologized. Room was refunded, which I appreciate.
Also promised a manager would look into it and contact me.
Second - Checked in and was asked "have you stayed with us before"
Now as a Hilton Diamond member you would think they pay some attention to that.
No.
This time the room cleanliness was worse
Several hairs in the bed, under the covers.
And something I first thought was a bug but turned out to be a seed.
Even worse the bathroom smelled. It was that old mouldy and dampness smell. Turns out it was the shower curtain. Just look at how dirty it was (photo). How often do they change??
Really disgusting and not up to HIlton standards!!!
It really makes you wonder about the overall cleanliness and what you cannot see.
Again front desk person was very apologetic and sincerely promised their manager (who was due around 11am) would contact me to follow up.
Nothing!!!
Not only is the hotel dirty - they dont care to follow up with Diamond members.
Their attitude seems.... just give us your money and go....
Avoid this hotel.

Dear Dave
I tried to contact you s\several times at the phone number in your profile but I was not successful. I even tried emailing you. On your first stay been that you did not gave us a chance to correct the issue while is was happening meaning your complain was received at your check out time instead of at the moment it happened.
On the second stay the same happened your complained at check out time demanding a discount but this time we did investigated and found nothing wrong with the room, the only foreign smell we could perceive was coming from the left over curry meal you brought into the room. I again called your number and your receptionist transferred my call to your voice mail.
I am at your service should you like to discuss the incident further.
