This review is based on TWO similar recent stays. Bottom line is I consistently had issues with it not being clean; suggesting there is a consistent problem.
First - Clump of hair found in the bed, under the top cover layer.
I reported it in morning and staff apologized. Room was refunded, which I appreciate.
Also promised a manager would look into it and contact me.
Second - Checked in and was asked "have you stayed with us before"
Now as a Hilton Diamond member you would think they pay some attention to that.
No.
This time the room cleanliness was worse
Several hairs in the bed, under the covers.
And something I first thought was a bug but turned out to be a seed.
Even worse the bathroom smelled. It was that old mouldy and dampness smell. Turns out it was the shower curtain. Just look at how dirty it was (photo). How often do they change??
Really disgusting and not up to HIlton standards!!!
It really makes you wonder about the overall cleanliness and what you cannot see.
Again front desk person was very apologetic and sincerely promised their manager (who was due around 11am) would contact me to follow up.
Nothing!!!
Not only is the hotel dirty - they dont care to follow up with Diamond members.
Their attitude seems.... just give us your money and go....
Avoid this hotel.
