Clean, comfortable, and excellent staff! One of the better facilities I have stayed in. Quick access to the 407 makes getting around easy. Would be great if I was bringing the spouse or the whole family.

Ive been coming to this property for a few years and Im not sure if its changed management or not but it has degraded in food and room basics. I was in Room 609 and the bedroom HVAC unit rattled incessantly, it did not heat up the room, and I had to use the living area heater to heat the space. The breakfast is now mediocre at best. Basically there are only 2 warm items and one of them is always an egg variation (gets boring when you are there for a week). I saw guests coming out of the kitchen (and no idea why!). The evening meal is worthless. I recall these being so much better. Some days there is not even a hot food choice...everyday there is a cheap $1 salad variation...Come on Homewood! And to top it off, the floor smelled like marijuana and there were trace odors in the room as well. I didnt even bother complaining because I had no desire to move all my stuff to find another room. I believe these are basic items that if the hotel mgmt would just inspect the rooms/floors once in awhile, would all be caught and could easily be fixed. As for the food, looks like they are into providing what is minimally required by Corporate. Ive stayed at other Homewoods and this was very atypical.

This hotel was aware that we were staying because our son was seeing a specialist for his allergies and that I was pregnant and traveling with two young kids under the age of 5 and they decided to put us on the smoking floor that stunk of weed and cigarettes. We had our room moved but it took over an hour and they had no other rooms like we booked available even with us doing an early check in. Manager was aware we were not happy but never made contact until we left
