I and my family have been guests at this hotel several times over the past few months. We travelled from the US and have stayed here while dealing with an ill parent. Every staff member here went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. The people at the front desk are wonderful, helpful, and very professional, and I would like to thank Esi M. for her kindnesses and for always following up. Whatever this clean and comfortable hotel lacks in luxury..they make up for in their customer service. Also, the simple but free breakfast was a Godsend for us. I will return to this Hampton Inn the next time I am in Toronto. I highly recommend this hotel for travelers, families, and anyone looking for a warm and hospitable inn.

This is the second time we have stayed at the Hampton Inn we enjoyed our stay last time so much we didn’t consider alternative motels.
Again, we were not disappointed.
The parking is convenient. There are several luggage carts available. Checking is quick and the staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are extremely large, the lighting is good and the bed comfortable. There is plenty of instant hot water in the shower.
The rooms are well insulated. You do not hear the people walking around in the room above or even people out in the hallway.
Amenities include an in-room safe, TV with several cable channels, bar area with sink, fridge and m’wave.
The Hampton Inn is close to malls and several restaurants.
The free breakfast is not as good as some other places but still better than most. That would not deter us from staying here again.

Awesome hotel, great breakfast & easy to get to, highly recommend. Layout of room was great, loved the lounge for working. Breakfast had lots of selection, very close to Costco & highway. Will stay there again.
