Room was great. The bathroom was clean and lots of supplies in case you had forgotten something. Friendly people and I’m a difficult person to please. No problems and would recommend this hotel to everyone
Room was not clean at all and manger didn’t do anything for me and I wasn’t sure if they sanitize the room before me or not and I found so much hair on ground that make me not to use the bathroom at all
Stayed for 5 nights. Very clean, very quiet, very professional. Everything was excellent, absolutely no complaints.
Especially impressive was that even in the middle of COVID-19 restrictions etc the restaurant is open with a chef cooking meals for breakfast, and the pool/hot tub are open (you have to make a reservation).

The shower is not working during my stay. I did call the front desk and they sent someone to check and fix but got no resolution.
I checked out 2nd 12pm and until that time nothing improved on that.
Other than this the room is good.
