Room was great. The bathroom was clean and lots of supplies in case you had forgotten something. Friendly people and I’m a difficult person to please. No problems and would recommend this hotel to everyone

We stay here to get away from everyday life
To relax and have private, quiet times
Love the breakfast here
In our option one of the best breakfast in the city .
Staff also very friendly
Recommend if staying at this location to definitely go for breakfast in the morning

Room was not clean at all and manger didn’t do anything for me and I wasn’t sure if they sanitize the room before me or not and I found so much hair on ground that make me not to use the bathroom at all

Stayed for 5 nights. Very clean, very quiet, very professional. Everything was excellent, absolutely no complaints.
Especially impressive was that even in the middle of COVID-19 restrictions etc the restaurant is open with a chef cooking meals for breakfast, and the pool/hot tub are open (you have to make a reservation).

The shower is not working during my stay. I did call the front desk and they sent someone to check and fix but got no resolution.
I checked out 2nd 12pm and until that time nothing improved on that.
Other than this the room is good.
