Very friendly staff, high quality of service and good location. I stay in this hotel several a times a year. In the past 3 years, the rooms have always been clean, the beds comfortable and cozy, the bathrooms spotless. I love the breakfast too.

I've been going to this location for the past 5 years for monthly stay overs. The staff is great and it's so nice to see the same faces every time I go there. This speaks well to my experience but also says to me that the organization is doing things to retain their people and therefore those people are projecting an enjoyable workplace to their guests.

Stayed here for nine nights and everything was perfect! The room has a fridge and a microwave and a Kuerig coffee maker. It was clean, well maintained and had Neutrogena toiletries. The service from all the staff from front desk, restaurant, bar tenders was excellent. The breakfast in the hotel was included in my package. The waiting staffs were efficient and friendly, and I loved the fresh made to order concept for hot dishes. The staffs will give you a sheet and you can fill out the egg dishes or sweet dishes that you want, and they will deliver it to your table, after getting a number placard. The only thing that I would see changed is the closing time of the restaurant and room service hours during the dinner time. A closure time of 11 PM rather than 9 PM would help guests who crave for a late night snack. I would recommend a stay here there for any one traveling to Markham area.
