Too many complaints to list on here!!! Horrible hotel!!!! From the time we checked in with the staff to the rooms, to the bad mattresses you couldn't sleep on, to the dirty lobby! We would have changed hotels if we had the opportunity!!

The hotel is nice and the rooms are clean but the receptionist was the rudest I have ever seen. The receptionist named Komal has attitude problems and was very rude when we were checking in. I do not think she is suitable for hotel customer service; even McDonald’s customer service is better.
I have made reservations for my family and as we went to check in, I asked her if she can help me check how many nights I booked for my family and she simply replied me no I cannot check that. This is really shocking to me because I always ask the receptionist every time I travel just to make sure there are no errors as I usually book from Expedia or other sites.
Also...I asked her if I can have my uncle check in for the other reservations since him and his wife has booked other tours to Ottawa and Montreal so there would be a lot of checking in and out. Again she replied me no because it is under my name which I agree with so she told me to call Expedia to request the name change. I said it is fine, I will call right now to change it. She did not want me to call at the hotel lobby and kept saying things to me but I was already on the call with Expedia. Note: this was around 9:30pm so there was no one lining up behind us to check in/out.
She also did not tell me the breakfast time and anything about swimming pool and wifi.
I believe that she is racist and like I mentioned before I get better service at McDonald’s.
I probably will not ever stay here again and advise my friends/family to not stay here as well since they are not the only hotel in the city.

This review is for another location as this location does not employ a Komal. Accusing someone of being racist is a serious offence. Our company employs people of many races and ensures that each and every one of them have the same morals and views as our company, which is why we cannot agree with you. We do apologize that the service you received was poor and we will surely speak to our team about this however we will not be attributing this to racist behaviour.

This hotel seems family friendly and nice yet it isn't. It smells like smoke and mold I also heard 4 people having sex on one floor at 4pm and people seemed like prostitutes. This hotel has potential but I'm sickened the bed sheets weren't changed I work at a 4 star hotel and I know what sheets look like if they aren't changed and just tucked in to look changed

Also, we do apologize for the noises you heard but we can assure you our customers are paying corporate and family travellers, and not what you are accusing. Our housekeeping team are highly trained professionals and do a great job at ensuring rooms and tidy and clean. All sheets are changed daily, and nothing less of that. Thank you.

What a pleasant experience. Affordable, clean and very,very helpful staff. Asked for a late checkout and without hesitation or cost was given extra hours. What a relief.

I had my wedding reception here. From the moment I contact the hotel to get information about booking a conference room for it the staff was nothing but friendly and professional. I ended up meeting a staff member named Carly who was helping me organize the booking, catering etc. She was amazing. She was always there for me to pass ideas back and forth and was even there helping my fiance, family and myself set up the room for the reception the day before. She offered her ideas on how to improve the room and even physically helped set things up. The morning of the reception she was there to make sure all the decorations where perfect and the catering staff from the restaurant attached to the hotel was ready to go.
The food was amazing (I heard from numerous guest how they loved the food and all staff at the hotel). The food was delicious and we also had bar service which was awesome. They made special request drinks and was very accommodating. All staff was friendly and communicated with us. We did stay the night and the room was big and clean. (The hotel in whole was super clean).
I can't say enough about how incredible this hotel is. If I have another event or need to stay at a hotel I'll be coming back here.
All staff treated my family, wedding guest and myself like family. It truly felt home away from home.
