My husband and I wanted to take our three boys on a mini-getaway in the city - even though we only live about 30 mins away. Our stay at the Residence Inn was perfect - lots of space, very clean, great amenities and consistently great service. I appreciated all the things that were included in the price - like internet, access to our Netflix accounts in all three rooms, popcorn, breakfast, evening treats, towels by the pool - simple, but makes the stay so much easier, comfortable and super convenient. On top of all this, David was super helpful - always anticipating our needs and going out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed - including surprising our kids with some fun pencils and erasers. Another staff in the dining area, also went out of her way to help us when she realized our picky son wouldn't eat the evening snack - she kept trying until she found something he enjoyed. Super thankful for that.

The only negatives was that breakfast felt rushed as the closing time neared and the staff at this point weren't super friendly - just on a mission to shut breakfast down. But, the quality of the nice hot breakfast made up for it.

We book this hotel for 6 nights. Its a great location close to congee queen and 10-15 drive to pacific mall. Rooms are very clean. Staffs are super friendly. We met an employee name David he super friendly and very nice. Knowing we aren’t from canada he gave us a list of good popular restaurants around the area and showing us around in the hotel and meeting our needs.we would definitely come back to this hotel next time we visiting and recommend this hotel to all my friends and family.
