We booked qiite a few rooms for my daughters wedding..from start to finish Carly and team were amazing to work with. Very courteous and catered to all our requests. Rooms were very clean. Beds very comfortable. We would stay again and recommend to our friends and family

I stayed at Room 102 for 5 nights, I slept on the bed next to the windows. On the second day I woke up with “bites”, I thought they might be mosquito bites. But on the third and fourth mornings, I got “bites” too. I checked the bed cover in the morning and did not find anything suspicious, so, I didn't think much of it. But on the last morning, I was covered with red welts and bites all over my body. I googled "How to Check for Bed Bugs in a Hotel". Then, I searched the bed thoroughly next to the window and found 2 bed bugs right away. One was on bed head, the other was on the bed box.
I took pictures and video as evidence.
I googled Monte Carlo Inn and bed bugs, and found they had bed bugs complaint for long time, for more than 10 years.
I will Never stay in their hotels in the future.

Was a great place. Love the salt water pool. Everyone so help full. Rooms really nice and lots of room. To live in there for a hoilday. They told us what was around there. Like t and t Chinese grocery store and Pacific Chinese mall. . Tired of Toronto. Prices. Go to here great rates.
Great place to stay especially for families. Wonderful staff. We really enjoyed our stay. I would recommend this place. Good location. I definitely would choose this hotel again. Good location as well. Great breakfast.

Stay here if you want BITES!! I stayed here at the end of March, and at first noticed a small bite on my finger. By the time I checked out, my boyfriend I have OVER 25 BITES (mine were mainly on my arms and legs)!! By the way, I did not have any existing bites before my stay! I called the hotel when I returned home to let them know, and they said that someone was already occupying the room. The next day I talked to management, who also told me that someone was occupying the room … they didn’t even move those people out of the room! I definitely will not be staying here again as management did not seem to care about the issue.
