Friendly staff throughout the entire 6 levels of this 5 Star Hotel Chain. All guests were very polite and friendly being extra considerate. First time having the glass shower enclosure beside the Jacuzzi tub. Two extra large T.V.s one facing the love seat and one facing the super large King Bed. Honeymoon in French Riviera Monte Carlo was similar to our Riviera King Suite. The 3rd floor room 334 overlooks the Pool skylight which is on the West side of the Hotel

Excellent service. Everything top of the line. Front desk and housekeeping staff very professional and helpful. Would love to stay again.checkin was very fast. Hotel building looks new and very clean. Everyone follows COVID guidelines.

This is not safe place stay with a family & kids. so many areas have no camera access.don’t trust the hotel staffs,stay away from this place front desk with the bad attitude & no respect I never go this place anymore bye bye
I have been to Monte Carlo Inn Markham several times, it's very clean and quite, and the price was very good. the receptionist Mr Shafiq is a gentleman very nice and friendly , I highly recommend this hotel.

Visited the Monte Carlo Inn and was so impressed by the service I received from Shafiq the front desk manager. He was extremely helpful and the hotel was clean with very courteous staff. Highly recommended!
