Review of Park Inn by Radisson Toronto-Markham

I have stayed a few times, the customer service staff are always pleasant and friendly.
This last trip I somehow got a room without a tub. The lovely young lady at the front desk upgraded me to a room with a tub. It was really nice.
No complaints about the hotel or staff. All top notch.
One thing that annoyed me was the area of Markham has an extra tax levied on stays. Just a pet peeve. But hotel was great..try the workout room and pool

Everything was a-one and i do not have any extra advice to give. My guest and i especially like the way in witch Irish handled a difficult complaining customer who was over the top with her complaint.
