The staff were amazing - very helpful and kind. I was unimpressed by the "newly renovated" rooms - while the lobby was lovely, the rooms were not. Our family of 3 which included a baby had to switch rooms after finding that our bathroom was not properly cleaned (there was a LOT of dirt behind the door that looked like it was there for years) and a big stain on the carpet in the corner of the room (not great when we wanted to put the baby in his chair on the floor). These two things were enough to turn me off and want to ask for a new room.

Our second seemed to be cleaner but we encountered a wet spot on the carpet that never seemed to go away.

Maybe my expectations were too high for this newly renovated property? We've stayed at the Marriott location in Downtown Markham and had a much better experience. I don't see us staying here again.

We stayed 2 nights a week ago when visiting relatives in Markham. The Hotel is kept clean and modern with a lot of sitting space. We used the jacuzzi and it was clean, large and well maintained. The room was well comfortable and spacious. We slept very well in their king size bed. The staff was attentive and efficient. Nanor, in particular, was very helpful and accommodating. I will definitely return to this hotel when in Markham.

Newly renovated hotel (still smelled new!) - everything was tip-top shape. Great comfy bed, nice bathroom with strong water pressure. Fast WiFi.

As a Titanium elite, didn’t receive an upgrade, but received access to the pantry, a 24-hour room with coffee, snacks, pastries and desserts. It worked great.

Fantastic gym and pool, even with a peloton! Starbucks in the lobby, this is a great choice for business travelers like me.

Highly recommend!
