Magic Broomstick Segway Tours

Wonderful experience ! A very nice way to visit Devonport using Magic Broomstick Segway Tours ! Bravo to Allison who was a very friendly lady and a very good guide ! We spend a memorable day ! Those broomsticks are so addictive and fun at all ages !!!

Won't disappoint

I have done a few Segway tours and MagicBroomstick did not disappoint. Adam was our guide and he gave us helpful instructions on using the Segways ensuring that we were able to handle the terrain. It was a great way to get around Devonport and beats walking up Mt Victoria to take in the views of Auckland. Most enjoyable tour.

So fun!

A great way to see Devonport. We missed the 9:30 tour but our guide offered us a tour instead of having us to wait for the next tour at 12:30. We took the one hour segway tour. Our guide Alison gave very good instructions and we had some practise time before taking off. The one hour went by so fast that we'd recommend doing the 1.5 hours tour if you have the time. Highly recommended.

Thank you Sue, I really appreciate you taking the time to post a review. I'm lucky indeed to have Alison as a Tour Guide as she is very accommodating and will make it happen if she possibly can. Yes 1 hour sounds like a long time at the start but soon whizzes by and like you the 1.5 hour would be easily done.

So worth it

Fun, great guide and beautiful area. Really worth it, we had never Segway’d but will certainly do so again! Definitely recommend this

Thanks Richard W. Glad to hear that you are now a convert to Segway. This means that you can confidently go Segway'n in any major city you visit as there will be a Segway Tour located there.
But yes here in Devonport it sure is beautiful and really worth it.

Wonderful Segway Tour

We have been on 3 Segway tours and enjoyed all of them, but Eridani was great. My wife and I were the only ones on a 3:30pm tour and we told her that we had been on Segwaya before (although by no means pros). But she sized us up pretty well and gave us a lot extra. The views of were fabulous and the touring can cover a lot at Segway speeds. Fun activity. I know - you don't tip in New Zealand, but she was so good about it all - we tipped her. Take the time to do this tour. You'll love it.
