I can’t understand with so many terrible reviews how this place keeps its franchise licence. The place is filthy. Usually slow getting food, however today food was quick as it was quiet. One girl sweeping with no enthusiasm the whole time we were there. Didn’t make a dent in the state of the floor. Bathrooms - paper everywhere. Paper and soap liquid all over sink. Fizzy drink all over drink station. Still that way when we left. Cleaning rag left sitting on rubbish bins. Floors behind McCafe counter visible and also filthy. Plenty of staff but despite being quiet, just the one slow grumpy girl doing her completely ineffective sweeping with a tiny broom into a wee sweeping bin with each tiny swipe. No one else making any effort to clean tables or just clean the place up. Most disgraceful state of a Maccers I’ve ever seen. Wish I’d taken photos to post but this time I finally told them how filthy it was and that they needed to go and sort our all the mess.

Everytime we visit they get our order wrong. Half filled chips and icecream sundaes, combos without fries, happy meal without toy. Big mac that tasted like cleaning products with long black hairs stuck to the cheese. Cleanliness poor. Avoid.

I go here when I feel like a kiwi burger, reminds me of the old egg burgers with egg and beetroot (red beet) that were a big favourite. If you are a senior you can get a free small coffee by showing your gold card.

95 percent of the time its cold the food is messy however the staff is normally good with there customer service

When there to have dinner with the family friends. Ordered at the kiosk. Did not know that their Notice paper that was paste in the kiosk was flip out that whey we did not saw that there were things that they ran out. I understand stand that it was a busy day for them because i work in a restaurant as well but whenever i ask at the counter about something the tall guy doesn't even know what to answer. Then when we got our food we didn't have our coffice which i also understand that probably in a few minutes we will receive it but no. It took us more that 20 minutes to have it. Everyone finished their food and wanting our coffee. We don't even have cutlery or even dressing for the only salad we have. I asked them about the dressing but they told me they runout but never told to me when i got my food. Then after I had enough waiting for our coffee and asked the counter about it but as usual he doesn't even know the answer and I asked him for a refund but he never replied . I cant even talk to the manager because he was busy atbthe moment. When he got free i asked him about the coffee and he checked it and made it but it was a cold coffee. He made a shot of expreso and just poured a cold milk into it. i ordered 3 large latte and he made all of it like that. Worst service and food. Sorry but it is one of the worst chain.
